I’m sat here after a wonderful Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) session myself feeling the passion and beauty behind our offerings at Women’s Wellness Circle. Sophie and I are deeply passionate about helping women (including ourselves) to be empowered and to be well.
In the EFT session I went from feeling fatigue, to connecting into my deeper sense of passion and purpose in life. The spark of what led me to do what I do today, in the heart of the illness realising if I could help others by healing myself the whole journey would feel worthwhile.
Also, I connected to how women have been held back from living into their full power for too long. Sophie and I watched Suffragette the other day, which helped me feel into how much women had to fight to get the vote, and that we are still far from a world of equality today.
As I step out by running our new online course on ‘EFT for Healing Chronic Illness‘, part of me resists. I feel for fear of standing in my power as a women in a world that is still dominated by the masculine. However, by the end of the session I felt vibrant with energy. Even today, years later, my deeper blocks can show up as tiredness, until I release whatever is there~ whether it’s my issue, something ancestral or a collective feminine wound.
Sophie and I – and I’m sure you too – know from the inside out how our culture has held women back for too long. It’s time for us to unite, and to help each other heal and grow and stand strongly in our true light as women. For many, I believe this is a key piece of the healing journey from chronic illness.
Today is the perfect day to be writing these words as it’s International Women’s Day. We love women, and we love this work. It’s time for you, sister, whether you want to join us on our upcoming course, you are worth an hour of self care (and of course so much more).
