At Women’s Wellness Circle we offer a uniquely feminine approach, online and in person in the UK, for women with chronic health challenges.
We have personally experienced our own recovery from chronic illness and want to support your recovery, by sharing the tools that were instrumental on our path.

Our uniquely feminine approach combines the power of circles of women gathering together with tried and true methods that have supported us on our personal healing journey.
Some of the techniques we use on our retreats and online programs are:
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Guided Meditation, Restorative Yoga and Feminine Embodiment Practices from the Yogini tradition at the Awakening Women Institute.
