EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) involves tapping on
acupuncture points and includes tools from modern psychology
to help facilitate shifts in energy, mood and physical well being.
~Restorative Yoga and Guided Relaxation~
Gentle, supported yoga poses and breathing exercises to nourish
your body and awaken its natural healing response.
Meditation is a way of calming the mind and cultivating positive emotion that ultimately helps to liberate us. We use tools from various traditions and types of meditation including breathing, loving kindness, and body and energy awareness.
~Feminine Embodiment Practices~
Communication, touch and movement exercises to connect with the deep, all-inclusive wisdom of the feminine body from the Yogini tradition founded by the Awakening Women Institute.
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is a tool kit of psychological interventions to support positive thought change and emotional healing. The NLP tools we use help to support brain change (known as neuroplasticity) leading to physical healing.
