Who Are We?

We are two women who have walked the rocky, wild road from chronic health challenges home to full health and a sense of deep purpose. We are passionately committed to sharing the tools and techniques that helped us heal, to support as many women as possible to reclaim their health and know their calling.

Our uniquely feminine approach combines the power of nurturing women’s circles with the tried-and-tested healing techniques that have supported us and thousands of women to tap into our own feminine wisdom, and fully heal.

Our healing path from chronic illness is a multi-faceted, feminine approach designed to support you to tap into the wisdom within your woman’s body. It is an integrated journey which embraces all aspects of your being:

Frances Goodall

Frances is a therapist, coach, trainer, speaker, mother and the author of ‘You Can Heal Chronic Illness: The Lotus Process, 8 Steps to Health and Happiness’. Over five years, she went from house-bound with chronic fatigue to running half marathons and she’s since spent a decade dedicating her life to supporting 100s of women to recover their health.

Frances is a Master Emotional Freedom Technique Trainer and Advanced Practitioner (AAMET Accredited), a Gupta Amygdala Retraining Coach, and a health recovery coach specialising in supporting women to heal from chronic illness.


Sophie Jane Mortimer

For the last decade Sophie has supported women to tap into their feminine wisdom as a yoga teacher specializing in Women’s Yoga, a Women’s Temple leader, a Holistic Pelvic Care bodyworker and as TreeSisters’ Communications Director – where she helped to grow a global network of over 200,000 women.

Sophie a tree-hugging yogini who has studied for several years with Chameli Ardagh at the Awakening Women Institute as well as within Hatha and Tantric Yoga lineages. She is also trained in many bodywork techniques, and drew upon all of these studies and trainings to support her own healing from chronic mystery pain and symptoms following a big burnout. She is now devoted to sharing what she has learned to support women with chronic health challenges find the healing wisdom within their female bodies.
